Checkout is available for delivery within India. The website calculates the product price, any valid promotion, and the delivery charge before sending you to Razorpay's secure payment page.
Eligibility and acceptance
You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must act on your behalf. You agree to provide information that is current, accurate, and complete.
Client accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account. Contact the atelier promptly if you believe your access has been compromised. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect clients, the site, or the brand.
Product information
We describe each object as carefully as possible. Hand finishing, glass work, surface texture, monitor settings, and small-run construction can create minor variation in colour, placement, and finish. Measurements are guidance rather than an absolute guarantee. These variations are part of the object unless they amount to a defect or conflict with rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is placed after Razorpay confirms payment. We will provide an order reference and may contact you about fit or delivery. We may cancel and refund an order where an object is unavailable, information is incomplete, a price is clearly incorrect, or the transaction appears unlawful or fraudulent.
Pricing, taxes, and payment
Website prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. A mandatory ₹150 delivery charge is shown at checkout for each order within India. An eligible welcome discount reduces the product subtotal by 10%; it does not reduce delivery. Payments are processed on Razorpay's hosted page, and AZU'S/ARC does not receive or store your full card, bank, or UPI credentials.
Made-to-order timelines
Made-to-order objects normally require approximately fifteen days after payment confirmation before dispatch, but complex handwork, material availability, fitting changes, or exceptional circumstances may require longer. The atelier will notify you of material changes to the expected schedule.
Delivery, cancellation, and returns
Paid orders are prepared by the atelier and shipped within serviceable Indian PIN codes through NimbusPost courier partners. Tracking is provided after the parcel is booked. Customised, altered, worn, or damaged objects may have limited return eligibility, except where mandatory rights apply. If an object arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the agreed description, contact the atelier promptly with photographs and order details.
Care and responsibility
Follow the care notes supplied with the object. Glass, hand embroidery, metal components, and faux leather require deliberate handling and storage. Damage caused by misuse, unsuitable cleaning, alteration by another party, or normal wear is not a manufacturing defect.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data. Transactional messages about an order, payment, account, or delivery are separate from optional editorial dispatches. You can leave promotional dispatches at any time without affecting an order or client-care request.
Creative ownership and acceptable use
The AZU'S/ARC name, crest, photography, garment designs, text, graphics, and original site materials are owned by or licensed to the brand. You may browse and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, scrape, sell, alter, impersonate, or commercially exploit these materials without written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when an order was accepted.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms when the service, collection, or law changes. The revision date identifies the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.
